The company produces homemade pasta desiccated slowly in
a low temperature, short pasta drawn in bronze and of teflon and a product line of nests of eggs. The
company makes use of modern technologies while maintaining characteristics of homemade macaroni factory
in order to offer an excellent product in which is conserved the best perfumed homemade grain as in the
best Mediterranean tradition.
Above all in the egg product line, the product conserves characteristics of fresh baked pasta so that with the working method of the company, it comes fixed freshly in the moment in which the pasta is being produced, guaranteeing in the same time one TMC of two years. Our classic product line offers a wide range of formats from most classified to best particulars,
prepared exclusively with semola of hard grain and water, dried in low temperature as it was once done.
Our pasta is indicated for the preparation of simple plates and elaborated plates; thus; satisfying any
type of demand and taste packaged in: 250g, 500g, 1000g, 2500g.
NOODLES OF POPPY, FUSILLI 3 COLOURS, NOODLES IN BLACK OF CUTTLEFISH SPECIAL PRODUCT LINE.
Special product line, so we have called the pasta of poppy, the coloured pasta, the pasta in black cuttlefish.
Special because beyond the semola of hard grain, we have also used semi of poppy that make stained pasta, spinach,
the beet, carrot, black of cuttlefish. The result of all this work is a pasta with a taste lightly different as usual.
( see that we use vegetables and fish) and the aspect undoubtedly different of the perennial or industrial.
Adopted therefore for the preparation of tasted plates different from the usual ones.

Our pasta is made of egg is cooked with flour of semola of hard grain and fresh egg, accurately chosen,
thus obtaining a yellow coloured product, indicated either for the use of broth and soups also for the
preparation of elaborated plates with pleasant ingredients. Packaged in 250g, 500g, 1000g, 2500g
STELLINE, LASAGNETTE, BURETTI, TORCHETTI TRAFILATI OF BRONZE.
The homemade rough working process of bronze and dried in low temperature in our modern drier makes the product
equal as it was made once with sun, using exclusively semola of hard grain, water and fresh egg ( for the pasta
of egg). The rough working withholds particulary the sauce and seasononig products for its different porosity.

FUSILLI, SEDANINI, LASAGNETTE OF MAIZE.
The fusilli of maize are products of just flour of maize and their gilded yellow colour is given through
natural carotenes (Provitamin A) contained still from the maize. It is a product easily disgetable thanks
to the prebaking of the flour. The fusilli are without gluten, without cholesterol and a low content of
fat. Ideal plate for who takes care of his line, for those who practice a sport but above all, for those
who who good feading.
